The Saint-Martin Collectivité joins with the veterans of Grand Case football who are organizing a white march next Saturday to denounce the violence and serious acts committed in recent days.🔹President Louis Mussington has organized a press conference, this Tuesday, January 14, to announce the participation of the Collective and to call on the people to join the veterans’ march, Saturday at 16:30.The goal of this peaceful gathering is to denounce the violent acts committed against tourists or among young people, strengthen ties around Saint Martin values and try to put an end to this escalation.🙌🏾The population is invited to come in large numbers, dressed in white, to the rendezvous, at the Grand Case parking lot, Saturday.

Since last week, the public authorities have strengthened controls and patrols throughout the territory and tourist sites. Ground work is being deployed by law enforcement to restore order and secure neighborhoods. The fight against guns is also intensified.By participating in the march, the President wants to awaken the consciousness of the need to federalize our efforts and make a blockade, to preserve Saint-Martin, its values of Friendly Island and its tranquility.
